Dunno if this encounter is actually worth it tbh, after reading about it, the drops aren't all that great and can be acquired with ease from elsewhere eg naxx where far more variety of drops occurs to gear people. But I guess it would be good to knock this achievement out of the way and to say we've done it. But These drops we can get from the 25 man and 10 man naxx runs as well so I think we should focus our attention there.

Yeah, assuming that's really the case with loot, we'll probably do this the once in both normal and heroic for the achievement and only visit it again for the hell of it or something, maybe some extra loot that didn't drop, etc.
