Loot Rules

Our Loot Rules, so far, are going to be Roll/Loot Council (explained further, in a moment). If we really need to change the system as a whole, or just in minor ways, we will do so to fit the needs of the guild. This is how it works. When we kill a boss, the loot master will link that item in a raid warning for all to see. If you are one of the people interested in that item, you will roll, whoever wins will recieve that item. There is one exception to the rolling, tier tokens, which will be decided with Loot Council. The officers will go into a different channel, and then we will decide who we think deserves the item. We take into account everything that should be taken into account. Attendance, dedication, donations, who it's a better upgrade for... Everything and anything that in our minds makes you deserve the item. Here's where the down-side of this system comes in. A lot of people feel like we're working some kind of favoritism loot system, and that since they didn't get the item they wanted, they never will again, blah, blah, blah. That last sentence is utter bullshit. I want everyone to know, that as long as this system stands, it IS NOT favoritism. And you WILL get that item that you may not have won, soon enough. It's not like we're never going to do that raid/boss again. We will be coming back, and you will be getting your item, soon enough.

So, here's a few rules to keep in mind:

*Main-Spec rolls come before Off-Spec
*You only get one piece of loot per raid day, unless no one else needs it for Main-Spec

Probably not going to make the discussion about updating the loot rules tomorrow, it's just gonna be too close to my exam and not possible. You heard most of my thoughts on it yesterday but I'll post here if you guys forgot:

- No loot council it just creates room for favoritism and will cause problems in the long run.

- Random rolls on everything that someone can actually use.

- Anything that everybody passes over, give to disenchanter and anybody in the raid who gets nothing that time around and performed well gets the mats from the disenchant (1 each obviously).

- BOE greens everyone needs.

- 1 Tier token per person per raid (Exception if there is only one person in the raid who could use it and has already received a tier token).

That's my thoughts, again sorry I won't be online at that point, when I get home from my exam I will be online however but that will be quite late for you guys over yonder.
